Saturday, June 7 – Superhero/First Responders Night

It’s a bird, it’s a plane, it’s… Kevin? One of our favorite nights of the year is Superhero Night. This theme night will be filled with all things superheroes. Because First Responders are also our heroes, we will also recognize them during the same game. Police, Fire, EMS, Doctors, Nurses and everyone that is on the frontlines protecting and saving lives. Have that special someone in your life that is a First Responder? This is the game to bring them out and honor them! There will be a static display in front of Luther Williams Field with vehicles and apparatus from Middle Georgia’s finest. Thursday, June 12 – Movie Night

Returning for its second year, Movie Night is going to be bigger and better than before! Luther Williams Field will be transformed into a galaxy, far, far away! One of the most popular theme nights will feature a battle on the field just like you see on the big screen. You’ll see lightsaber battles, a Chewbacca contest and watch the Bacon use the force against the Florence Flamingos.

Saturday, July 12 – Strike Out Cancer

Come back after the 4^th for another amazing post-game fireworks display. We’ll be continuing the celebration of America’s birthday with another great freedom ringing game filled with all sorts of entertainment. Our Strike Out Cancer Night always brings the community together, and we are ready to recognize those impacted by cancer. During the game, we’ll have a stand-up for cancer moment where fans will be able to write names on a card to show support for those that they would like to honor. This game will also feature a heart-warming survivor parade.

Middle Georgia is home to one of the largest military depots in the USA in Robins Air Force Base. Every day in Middle Georgia is Armed Forces Appreciation Day. This is the game where we pay tribute to all active and retired military. Out front, you’ll see all types of military vehicles with an awesome static display. Every game we honor our military heroes, but this game is all about the love we share for those that served and have served.

Thursday, July 31 – Christmas in July

Celebrating the halfway point to Christmas, the Macon Bacon will have this Christmas themed night filled with all of the holly-jolly joy you can think of. Santa will be making an appearance while on vacation and an opportunity for the kids to send off letters to the north pole.
